      Dear Ibu Denise,

      Terima kasih sudah melihat Curicullum Vitae saya, Hidup pasti penuh dengan tekanan dan setiap manusia pasti merasakannya. Leadership bagi saya pribadi adalah proses. Leadership bukan posisi, leadership merupakan konsep diri yang pastinya dibangun melalui proses yang panjang. Merubah sudut pandang tekanan tersebut menjadi suatu kewajiban itulah yang terpenting. Dan bagi saya pastinya adalah “bekerja harus menyenangkan”, tekanan bisa kita jadikan sesuatu yang menyenangkan kok… Saya sampai sekarang berusaha untuk tetap belajar menjadi pribadi yang saya harapkan, karena bagi saya sekarang ini saya jauh dari sempurna. Belajar hal ini menurut saya menyenangkan.

      Mungkin Ibu bisa sharing pengalaman disini untuk saya belajar lebih? Blog ini memang saya buat untuk saya belajar banyak hal dari teman-teman yang membaca Blog ini. Dengan Blog ini saya mengurangi ketegangan akibat tekanan dalam hidup maupun dalam pekerjaan.
